Q: What ages can join your classes?
A: We currently offer classes for kids (ages 7–13), teens (13–17), and adults. Birthday parties and private workshops are available!
Q: Do I need sewing experience?
A: Nope! Our classes are beginner-friendly. We’ll teach you step by step and celebrate every stitch. ✨
Q: What should my child bring to class?
A: Nothing but creativity! 🎨 All machines and tools are included. Students may bring their own fabric if they want to personalize a project, but we’ll also be offering curated fabric bundles for purchase. Ask us for more details!
Q: What happens if we miss a class?
A:Just contact us to reschedule.
Q: What types of projects will students make?
A: Projects vary by age group and season! Examples include: tote bags, skirts or pants, tops or dresses, and fun accessories like scrunchies, headbands, or mini pillows.
Q: Do you host birthday parties or private events?
A: Yes! 🎉 We love to celebrate with creative sewing parties, Sip & Sew events, or private sewing playdates. Contact us for details.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are in Pilgrim Square, Akron, OH, Suite K & L on the 2nd floor. Free parking available.
Q: Is sewing safe for kids?
A: Absolutely—with guidance! We keep a low student-to-teacher ratio (8:1) and teach kids how to use sewing tools responsibly. Safety is always first.
